Excellent Provider
Moved from Vodaphone with some trepidation after being with them for too long and paying too much
Saw this provider with very low payments on Money Saving Experts and now been with them for a year with excellent network service at a fraction of other provider’s cost
Just renewed with a discount and other than struggling to speak to a person - you can and I did - I continue to be impressed

Been with iD for a few years, and it’s been brilliant. I would definitely recommend them. The app is great for managing all accounts, really easy to use and upgrade sim-only plans, and most importantly, the signal is fab. The 5G is fantastic.

Paying bill problems ( new account 1st payment)
I was trying to pay my bill by credit card after dialling 7777 transactions kept failing credit card tried contacting me could not text them back I’d kept telling me to go to their website could not go to their website as phone had been switched off till paid so could not get in contact with them no phone number to speak to anybody for help 6 hours later managed to pay them phone number came through for help this should of been sent before hand
