My Talkmobile 4+

The app is fine, however the Face ID login never works - keeps saying my account is locked (which it isn’t). Happens for all three family accounts I have on different phones. Quite annoying to have to go through the login issue every time I want to use the app despite having Face ID login activated.

UPDATE: log in issues seem to be sorted for now so have upgraded my rating.

This app has had many problems although they have gotten better, my only nag is the two factor authentication. It’s an app to check your allowance not a banking app why is it needed and better yet why can’t I turn it off? The 2FA sometimes glitches too and says it’s invalid which means I have to restart the app and do the process again just to check how much data I have. Would be nice to have an option where I don’t need a password at all or at least just be able to use my face without the 2FA. Sort it out.

I don’t often use the app. However, when I do need to, it has usually logged me out, even though I have tagged the portion to stay signed in, when I try to sign it tells my details are invalid and, if I manage to get that far, the app crashes just when it’s loading my account data.

Come on guys, you provide a fantastic product for mobile users but your app and tech back-up leave a lot to be desired.

It’s not a deal breaker for me, because the product and price are perfect for my means and needs, but it would be nice to have operational apps.
