Excellent Provider
Moved from Vodaphone with some trepidation after being with them for too long and paying too much
Saw this provider with very low payments on Money Saving Experts and now been with them for a year with excellent network service at a fraction of other provider’s cost
Just renewed with a discount and other than struggling to speak to a person - you can and I did - I continue to be impressed

Been with iD for a few years, and it’s been brilliant. I would definitely recommend them. The app is great for managing all accounts, really easy to use and upgrade sim-only plans, and most importantly, the signal is fab. The 5G is fantastic.

Perfect
Simple basic for my needs. I have considered upgrading but find I don’t need it. Perfect easy sim only 30 days phone rolling contact ideal for me ( and most other over 80s geriatrics) very happy, can’t fault it.
