Killer app!
It really helped to replenish my ward robe, I can sieve through all their items and found what for me are really unique pieces of tailoring and shoes. I’m more than happy to buy good quality luxury trousers, blazers etc from older collections and using the filter I can easily find the materials, size and details I’m looking for. Items I wouldn’t find in the shops unless I spent my last year shopping and checking every time what’s new and paying full price which I can’t really afford except for one or two items a year. They sometimes have sales and free express delivery too. I haven’t returned the vast majority of items ordered so far. I really recommend it even though it goes against my interest ;)
Superb
I have been using Yoox from the beginning. It has evolved and grown so much over the years. I travel and work so much, I don’t have time to go retail shopping. Yoox works so well for me. They are quick on deliveries, always happy to help. Any problems they just sort it no problem. The other great thing is they have designers you just can’t get in the UK, which means I have clothes there is no chance anyone else is going to have. I also can recommend the design and art for your home. In all an amazing company to deal with. I love Yoox xxxxx
Sorely disappointed
Sorely disappointed, having ordered from here many times I was excited for the Black Friday sales. I spent hours going through the items and eventually came to settle on about a grands worth. I went to pay and yet again, for the third time in as many months my payment is declined. I ring YOOX customer service and enquire. At first they tell me that it’s my payment method, but I’ve tried before with different methods. Then the lady on the line asks I’ve ive returned any goods to YOOX and informs me that because I order and return items that do not suit or for me I must now wait months before ordering again.
2/3 hours I wasted looking for Black Friday bargains with these clowns, never again. Who ever heard of something so absurd as a clothes shop you can’t return clothes to.
