Notifications to nowhere
I have notifications turned on. They pop up. You click them and they take you to no results found.
On top of this it’s forever frustrating getting rid of all the pop ups.

Could be much better
No gift option at check out :( and the packaging isn’t great when they ship products. It’s super basic and it makes unboxing less fun. I do like their points system but I would go for MyTheresa instead just because it feels more luxe. They have this bright yellow box that’s so exciting and they include a thank you note and a really interesting quote by a different designer each time. I love it. This app is fine. No issues with using it but would like more added value from the shopping experience overall

Good prices
Good prices and easy to navigate. Just needs a little brushing up on some sought after products as it sometimes displays an error notification
