All inclusive, motivational, one app does all and great value for money!

I came across this app a good while ago and it’s one of the few I’ve kept. Firstly the price point monthly is great for me personally. The app caters for those who want short, easy to follow stretches to full length yoga sessions. So you can pick and choose, whenever what you need or feel. One thing I have noticed is how active Sam is with his customers, replying to comments, actioning on feedback for improvements and creating a sense of community. Well done Sam and thank-you!

Best way to start the day

I have always had the tightest hamstrings - but I’m nearly able to touch my toes! I love starting the day with different stretches and even the yoga practice.
Sam explains the stretches amazingly and offers so many different variations to accommodate. So pleased I came across this app :) thank you Sam!

Great App

Wanted to start stretching as part of my fitness routine and this has worked perfectly. Also started to do some of the challenges and definitely feel I’m more flexible. Particularly like Sam’s commentary and the App is really easy to use.
