Re crashing app
Have had the app since last week and have experienced this twice. I found (thanks to my audiologist) that if I just switch my phone off and on again it resets the app. He suggests doing this first thing in the morning each day to stabilise it. I found the app works really well except for this, and hope the Starkey team will overcome the problem with an update soon.
Poor app stability
The app seems to crash at regular intervals which is only sometimes rectified by deleting the app then reloading. Very inconvenient because it’s usually the case that I need the app to adjust the hearing aids only to find it’s crashed again.
App crashes once a week
The app stops working every 7 to 10 days and I have to delete it and reinstall it.
Considering the high cost of these hearing aids this is unacceptable.
Poor software development.
