Description
The T2 Remote application takes advantage of a new breakthrough technology from Starkey that allows users to control their hearing aids with a simple touch on their iPhone. This avoids the need for any additional hardware. T2 in the hearing aids will discreetly and instantly classify the tone signal from the iPhone and automatically adjust itself to the desired setting.

Why in this day and age would a large hearing aid manufacturer producing AI hearing aids think this app is suitable. IIC user that has to leave a room to adjust devices. One by one! Come on Starkey. Must do better.
Does not work
Got this to go with my new hearing aids and am now told it does not work with BIC aids. ??
It works, but...
You DO use this with your aid switched on and worn in your ear as normal! You have two slider controls, one up/down for volume and one up/down for memory settings
You can change the volume/loudness up to its maximum preset if it’s not already set at that level, or a step down from that... but there is no indication of what that step/level you have changed down too actually is.... there is no choice or flexibility involved.... you slide up or you slide down
and you get a few bleeps to tell you it’s worked.... and that’s it on the volume side!
You can change three of your environmental/surround memory settings (from No.1, No.2... or No.3) and a voice tells you which number you have changed to... but the accompanying instructions don’t mention what these numbers actually refer too... which is crazy!
The app is free, simple to use and worth having available to you... but would be much better if there was more flexibility involved in enabling overall volume control ...and the accompanying instructions are very poor.
