Horizon Spaces 4+

Having planned my visit to use this carpark - I was prepared with the £3.00 cash for all day parking that was advertised. However, on arrival I saw the awkwardly place signs (too high and very confusing to read ) that I had to use this App? Or another? Or another? Which one ? Make up your minds Horizon. This was the most frustrating app I have ever used. Awkward to load and populate the screens. Ambiguous parking fees and not concurrent with advertised parking fee, tried to charge me £8:00 !! It Took a very stressful 43 mins trying to pay and nothing logged at all. Ended up having to use another app. Horrible, stressful and frustrating experience, I felt under pressure and bullied all the time I was trying to make payment - so typical of today’s nasty, predatory parking industry.

Tried to pay via Apple Pay through the app, took a few tries saying payment failure, then on the third try goes back to the default screen with no notice of failed payment.

The user interface is barren and poorly made in general so I just assumed that the payment went through, carried on, and a week later I am now receiving a parking charge letter.

The applications utter failure to properly connect, receive payment and inform users can result in parking charges it seems.

Not simple to use. The app does not allow you to pay for parking on site at a given location in the same way that others do (pay by phone, Ringo etc). If you want to pay for parking it uses time blocks, which you tend to be in between. It also tries to charge parking fees that can in some cases be twice the advertised rate at a location.
