Utterly Broken
App is awful. Colour scheme used means text often is unreadable. Trying to change an email address generates an email with a link which you have to follow. This fails to work ending in a 403 error so you can never change your email address.
Chat function in the app is never available, emails are not answered and phoning them .. well that's just a never ending on-hold experience.
All in all this app is badly written and has zero support. Stay away from it.
White Screen of Death…
Downloaded to see if I could understand why my bill has doubled year on year (want to look at consumption/rates M3 etc) but it doesn’t get beyond loading a bright white rectangle in portrait mode only. Didn’t even get a welcome screen. Pretty pathetic — especially given the lack of competition that they enjoy — you’d think that CWC could afford to fix the app…
Pretty basic
I can only do a couple of things on this app. I tried to change my account details so I could add my partner and change my name to my married name, but couldn’t do either. To compound the issue, I went to the help section to try and find an answer and got no results and a prompt to call them.
I get that my query might need an agent to assist but why not put something in the help section so I know that and not have a zero search return?
