It seems like it was built by a 16 year old for their computer science class. Horrible UI, difficult to make payments as the UI isn’t intuitive at all. When you get something wrong it doesn’t say what you need to change or fill in to sort out. But hey, at least the payment go through.

I’ve no choice but to use this App to Top-Up the heating credit for our communal heating system. It’s fairly basic but the particular bug bears are: the lag between actual credit and the credit as presented on this App - it can be quite a wide gap; the App often displays an error such as ‘there’s been a fault’ and current information isn’t displayed; the lack of saving payment details - and this is a real annoyance and basic feature - despite checking the ‘save card details for future payments’ - that’s just a meaningless option that’s never honoured and so might as well be removed. i’ve to type in the card details each and every time.
An App for a very basic service that somehow manages to miss the mark on the necessary basics.

they have one job and they can't even do that. 3 years this app has been running and they can't even display the correct figures of your bill thinking that you've got money in your account and then your heating and water gets cut off, the only thing you can actually do on the app is top up your balance, the reviews speak for themselves if I could give no stars I would unfortunately I had to give one
