Description
MyWorkplace is the simple way to view and manage your workplace pensions from any employer that chose Aviva as your pension provider. Plus, if your employer choose any of the other great workplace benefits we offer you’ll find all those right here as well, whenever and wherever you want. If you’ve already set up an Aviva account online, just enter your username and password in the app to log in. The app supports facial recognition and fingerprint login, so you can access your account even more quickly and easily, and there's the option to activate 2-Step Verification to add another layer of security to our customer accounts.
Once you’re set up, depending on the service chosen by your Employer you’ll be able to:
- View and manage your Aviva pension or pensions
- Access your private medical cover and start a claim
- Connect to your personal Aviva policies
- Get access to existing customer offers
MyWorkplace is Aviva’s new platform for employees of our Corporate clients. Additional features are planned so keep checking back to see what’s new.

In this release we have updated the pension past performance graph. There is new capability to help you review the changes in your pension value over different time periods. There is also additional performance data so you can see the changes to your investments over the periods selected.

Not working since Friday of crowdstrike issue
This app has been well used for the last year and stopped working on the Friday of crowdstrike issue - could be related, might have nothing to do with it “Login successfully and can see workplace product but on clicking/swiping I constantly “we have encountered an error try again later” message Tried restarting phone Removing app and reinstalling Updating today to latest version Have contacted aviva using contact information and am told they don’t know who supports the app This needs to be sorted please as a matter of urgency The MyAviva app (separate app) has similar issues with a white screen appearing when product is selected - website has issues too - seems to be visual api call to show the growth graph…

Not as good as others!
My workplace pension was previously with standard life and their app showed up to date trends of my pension pot value and each investment individually. It was helpful to be able to see which investments were suffering and which were making gains. The Aviva app just gives a total pot value and a % and value for each individual investment. There is no simple way of looking at historic values or the general trend.
Come on Aviva, you convinced me to move my pot to you, but your app is lagging behind the competition! Improve please!
