Our Aviva DigiCare+ Workplace is a smartphone app, powered by Square Health that puts the guidance and care you need to help detect, manage and prevent physical and mental health problems at your fingertips.

So, you can look forward to a healthier future, by looking after yourself today.

What’s included:

Health Check - this annual service via a simple self administered finger prick blood test looks at 20 different health markers to spot problems early, including diabetes risk, cholesterol status and liver health.

Digital GP - is a private doctor service providing quick access to clinical advice and guidance. This service is not to be used for emergencies.

Nutritional Consultations - advice and guidance on optimal eating plans, how to change your relationship with food and breaking bad habits.

Mental Health Consultations - to help with many types of issues, from workplace stress to money worries, big life changes and more. Includes bereavement support for the unfortunate times when you need it.

Second Medical Opinion - for an expert opinion on your initial diagnosis and treatment plan. These are UK based clinicians.

NOTE: Access to Aviva DigiCare + Workplace is by invitation only via your employer. Terms & Conditions in-app and must be consented to at registration.

Aviva DigiCare+ Workplace is available to residents of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, at home or abroad. Must be downloaded in the UK prior to use. (Mobile data charges may apply)

Online Doctor Consultation.

I booked an appointment on the app
To have a video consultation with a doctor
It was really easy to book you can type in what your symptoms are and you can attach upto 3 photos of you need too.
Just before the time of the consultation I logged onto the app clicked the button to join consultation and I was put straight through to a doctor. She was lovely really helpful and knowledgeable of why I had contacted the doctor. Within 3 minutes of the call ending I had an electronic prescription sent through to my email address for me to take to any chemist. All together brilliant service. Thank you.

Disappointed

Hi

I booked a consultation with Ms Walkiriia Bass today at 3pm. She informed me that the consultations are recorded for training purposes. I declined my consent as I don’t feel comfortable having my sessions recorded. I believe this is a very sensitive, and highly confidential part of my mental health that I want to keep private between me and my counsellor.

She also informed me that every consultation would be with someone different. I am entitled to 6 sessions through my employer, why can’t I book with the same person, if I did continue? I am very disappointed by this.

Also, I gave a brief statement as to why I needed counselling when I applied online for a session. Ms Bass informed me that this information was not made available to her. Why?

Can you please consider the 3 important points I have made above regarding your service which I am deeply saddened that I cannot pursue further and now seek help elsewhere.

App is crashing after the latest update

Until latest update everything was working well, after the update the app started to crash at the moment I am trying to open it.

Edit:
The customer support contacted me and advised to clean cache in safari. That fixed the issue.
