Tex-Mex Insider 4+

We like this app because it helps us get on the waitlist, tracks our progress towards rewards. This restaurant has offers for free food. Great way to try something new or different. Restaurants are beautiful, staff is attentive and friendly.

Tonight I ordered curbside (small order of rice and beans x2 and a dozen tortillas) at 516pm on my TexMex Insider App - it was to be ready at 536pm. Arrived at 546pm, parked, texted my name and space number, received confirmation and waited. After watching four cars that arrived after me get their big orders and drive off I also realized I’d been sitting there for 20 minutes. I went inside and was told they were waiting on chips but they were now ready. I went back to my car. At 610pm my order arrived at my window - with no chips in the bag! Almost an hour after ordering I had my food. It was delicious as always and this experience was way out of the norm for service but disappointing none the less.

We have eaten inside the restaurant several times and the food was amazing. I decided to try the app and do a pickup. Well I ordered for a pickup at 8:30, got there a little early about 10 minutes, picked up 8:25. When I got home with it the food , it was barely warm. I always get enchiladas and I could tell that they were overcooked and had been sitting too long. They were tough. The sopapillas were awful. Tough and cold No honey and they looked nothing like the picture on the menu. No honey, and the whipped cream was runny. The ticket said that the order was Inspected at 8:05 . So it sat at least 25 minutes, before I picked it up.
