I’ve had my otoscope tool for many months now and it’s been a great app to use, but recently, a lot of problems came up with my app and my otoscope tool. First, everything is connected on my phone and the connecting process is fine, but whenever I try to go to the camera, it’s completely dark and all of my past photos and videos are gone. Even for the mirrored option for the camera, my inverted camera on my phone works but my otoscope camera doesn’t. My otoscope tool only turns on for almost a minute and then turns back off when the app says that my otoscope tool battery is either full battery or 90%. I’m very confused on why the app and my tool suddenly stopped working and I’m not sure what to do about it. I can’t return the tool either because I’ve had this for a long while now. Seems like I might have to buy another tool and forget this brand and the app

I have had this tool for a few months now and have been using it on myself to get used to it before using it on my fiancés ears. I finally decided to give it a go today and low and behold I have had issue after issue. The camera keeps trying to flip between left ear and right ear even though I am not touching the options. It’s glitching so badly that every time I adjust to the correct angle it flips and I can’t see what I was just looking at anymore. It took much longer to clean his ears than it should have and I still don’t think I got half of what he has stuck in there out because the camera kept flipping and his ears were getting irritated from me constantly having to readjust.

I love this device! You have no clue how much I suffer from producing tons of earwax.
The app is simple and works great, but sadly after two minutes connecting the device to the app the image freezes. I believe it’s due a disconnection/malfunction of the device since the app still runs normally.
I tried uninstalling and installing the app again but that didn’t solved the issue. Finally I opted for turning on and off the device every time this issue happened. With some patience, you will get that wax out
