Description
This is the front end client for use with the security guard management platform Silvertrac. It is used by security guards to complete daily work rounds and provide proof of their presence on their assigned properties and work activities to their clients with an easily consumable report.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Can you add a feature?
I think the app is overall okay so far. The only issue I’ve seen is that there is no setting to automatically select QR code’s or NFC. It would be nice to have it automatically select based on a setting.
Delayed Review
I used this app a while back while working Security. I had some difficulties every now and then, often due to connection issues, but otherwise nothing I wasn’t able to remedy by communicating with my leads/team. To be fair, those issues were occasionally on my end, otherwise, most reports seemed to have gone through accordingly. IIRC, there may have been issues towards the beginning, however I don’t recall ever attempting to reach out to the app developers about the situation. This is the most of what I can remember from 2-3 years ago about using the app.
Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is probably because I wasn’t actively speaking with the devs, sending feedback, reviewing update/patch notes.
Bogus Reviews
The app works great! Used it for a long time, unfortunately too may people have one issue and bash immediately instead of just contacting their support, which is great! Yeah I experienced a few things, normal behavior in all software, but they have awesome support and gave me solutions. Just call their support they will work with you. Many other software companies take weeks to respond or not at all.
