Destiny Mobile 4+

This app isn’t all that bad, but it’s very frustrating that reports can’t be made with voice to text if you have a newer iPhone. I find that kind of ridiculous, but whatever...So I tried to voice to text my report in notes, but the app won’t even let me cut and paste text...another irritating con is that it turns off music or sounds from any other app when opened. I can’t have my music playing while doing reports. Otherwise, it seems like a pretty professional app. It’s been working for me, although my coworker complained it slows down phones. They really need to get on adding the voice to text feature though. Reports never end without it.

My security company uses this app for reports and guard tour mainly What is frustrating is almost every single time I’m doing a activity report or patrol report while I’m typing in the report In the notes section the app force closes And luckily the app saves the last report but sometimes it force closes on me over and over again. Sometimes 4 out 5 times depending on how long the report is the longer the more times it closes … I work patrol where I hit over 50 buildings a night and when I’m in a hurry to finish the rest of my route due to contacts or reports it’s frustrating to be kicked out of the app over and over again … wasting more time This app should be updated and worked on a little bit more

I like the lay out of this app. It works in theory, but please for the love of my sanity and everyone’s sanity who’s being forced to use this app from their job, fix the QR scanning crashing problem. It constantly freezes on the All Tasks Completed bubble and then we’re forced to exit the app, log in again and scan. Sometimes that doesn’t even work.
