I like the app but......I don’t like how I can only transfer so many times a month, when it’s MY money....😒
No so good.
The employees in your bank are fantastic.
The issue lies with the awful. Awful. Awful online banking services.
From Friday at 5 until Tuesday at 9 the service is unavailable. It is drastically poorer quality than even the smallest local credit unions.
Yet. In a daily basis during those times. I can receive endless. Useless messages about common sense items. Phishing scams on line safety.
Perhaps we could skip beating routine information to death. And focus on having a more real time experience with the online banking features at Saratoga National.
