Useless
Hoped to book dining, explore options during our stay, actually was hoping to do SOMETHING. However it does absolutely nothing. Can’t do anything but show we have a reservation. It just ends up with a white box and error message. We arrive in a week and have no access. Their previous app was much better. Unfortunate that they changed.
I would select zero stars if that was an option
Pre Check-In
Currently not able to go through the steps of the pre check-in process. I am trying to upload a picture of my passport under the “guest information” section of pre check-in, and it will not open up my camera or my camera roll so I can upload the passport picture. I am trying to book dinner reservations through the app and it does not look like I will be able to do so until the app lets me upload the rightful information
Terrible
Downloaded the app ahead of my upcoming trip and was told I could book and manage my stay via the app. I cannot even log in for the past 3 days (have never been able to log in) to view my trip even though the info is correct. I can see my info but can’t go further to customize anything. I am unable to access anything in the app and just keep getting error messages. Too many bugs in the app to count.
