Not discovering device

When I received my product, I was able to set it up sync it to my phone and it worked perfect. When daylight savings changed, I needed to adjust the timing on my door and I have not been able to adjust it. I’ve uninstalled the device from my phone and reinstalled it still to no avail. Very sad with this product tried to contact customer support through the app and it could not find the link

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I assume since you are already reading this that you have already purchased this HORRIBLE product…. I’m sorry for your loss. To the creators: FIX YOUR PRODUCT!!! It is close to useless!

The preview photos in the App are your example of how this does not connect with proper network and times for open and close are at 0

This is a disgusting product

Will not connect - can’t program

Synced perfectly to my phone and my wife’s too. It stopped connecting after that. We both deleted the app and re-installed. It still won’t connect.

That’s not good considering the length of the days change. We have to manually open the door to get the chickens into the coop. That defeats the purpose of an automatic door.
