Love this app

I have only had it for three days but I think I'm going to subscribe! I love that there is an ADHD community as well as my own little squad Tobe accountable with! It has little short lessons on ADHD and tips to help manage it! One of my absolute favorite things is how colorful it is. Numo also gamifys the app a bit so it keeps you wanting to move ahead.

And lastly they have an area to make your to do list. If it gets overwhelming or you aren't sure what to tackle first (I do this a lot). There is a little AI that will prioritize the list for you! I so love this app and in the three days I've had it it has been so exciting and enjoyable to use and I am becoming more productive each day!

It is a real game changer for my ADHD! I highly recommend this app if you struggle with ADHD!

good but needs improvements

there are many things that this app does well, but there are two main issues that would prevent me from subscribing. first, this app does not seem to be written well in english. i am not sure if it’s translated to english, but either way it needs to be written better. it’s written well enough that i know what it’s saying, but it takes a lot of mental energy to understand. secondly, $15-$16 a month is waaaaaaaay too expensive for this app. especially considering this app is for people with ADHD, it should be priced at $1-$3/month. with those improvements, i would definitely subscribe and continue using this app. and before i get a reply from one of the app developers saying “oh but a subscription to this app is ____ less than an ADHD coach on average,” why do you think so many of us don’t seek out ADHD coaches? when you price the app so highly it makes me feel as though the app is trying to profit from my disability rather than help. if these changes are made i will happily edit my review to 5 stars, because otherwise i think the app has some very useful features. also, just wanted to add that it’s very obvious that lots of the reviews are fake, which feels dishonest especially when creating an app to help individuals with ADHD.

Enjoying it so far!

I have ADHD & it’s been challenging as an adult with chronic health problems that exacerbate ADHD symptoms. Numo is the first app so far to help me stay on track, or ar least remind me when I veer off of ir for more than a few days like other apps I tried! I’m going on about a week & it seems helpful! I’ve tried doing the same thing with other reminders apps, even Apple’s Reminders app but the layout & platform of Numo just works better for making my brain WANT to use it! I’m not 100% sure why but I’m very grateful to use it for the last week & it’s helped me be about 80% consistent on my morning & night routines versus being so sporadic before, and maybe 50% consistent with the mid-day routine. But even that is showing me how much more distracted I get during certain hours of the day which is helpful & I didn’t fully realize how much until now! Thanks so much Numo for providing this free app to help us be for functional as adults & feel better about how we tackled the day!!!!! Please keep the app free! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🤍🤍

Developer Response ,

Wow, this is amazing to hear! It sounds like you’ve really found a system that clicks with your brain, and that’s exactly what we hoped for when building Numo. ADHD + chronic health struggles can be a tough combo, so knowing that Numo is actually helping you stay on track (even at 80%—that’s HUGE!) makes us so happy.

And yeah, mid-day distractions? They sneak up on *everyone*, but now you’ve got insight into your patterns, which is a game-changer. We’ll keep doing our best to make the app as helpful (and accessible) as possible. Thanks for sharing your experience—this made our day! 💙🚀
