Private and Secure
Your privacy is a top priority for us. We take all the necessary security measures to ensure it. All data in the app is encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone but yourself. You are in complete control and can export and delete everything at any time from within the app.
Subscription Pricing and Terms
Effecto offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$29.99 every 3 months
$59.99 per year (that's $4.99 a month)
Payments and Renewal:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

I have found this app to be so helpful. It helped me get through a year of internship, being a graduate student, and working full time without completely dissociating from myself and my needs.
The missing stars are because the app is super glitchy. I usually have to force close it at least a couple of times just to complete a check in.

Claims to be made for ADHD
Stumbled across this app on TikTok and decided to give it a try. Tried it for a couple of days for free on a trial knowing that it would charge me if I didn’t cancel (ironic because I’m sure they make TONS of money off of people with ADHD because we’re forgetful). Reached out to customer service to see if I could be refunded on the first of the month when the charge went through because I haven’t been on the app for more than maybe 2 hours total with the trial period and I was simply told nope not happening. Pretty ironic that it’s an app that is supposed to be ADHD friendly yet charges you for a service you don’t use and won’t refund even partial when you forget to cancel. Yes it’s my fault for not canceling, and yes I’ll pay the month because that’s my consequence for signing up for something that I thought would be neat and help me with my ADHD. However, a partial refund would have been greatly appreciated. I would not recommend this app to any ADHD friends.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using the Effecto app. The app is faulty and provides inaccurate information, making it unreliable for users seeking to achieve their goals. One of the most frustrating aspects is the so-called trial, which is misleading—there’s no genuine trial period, and you’re automatically charged without clear communication or consent.
When I attempted to address the issue, I found that communication is poor. The only way to reach customer support is via email, and even then, response times are slow, making it difficult to resolve any concerns in a timely manner. I contacted them within the 14-day window to request a refund and provided all necessary proof, yet my request was denied without explanation.
This app is nothing more than a scam. I’ve wasted approximately $80 for a service that didn’t work as promised, and I regret not researching more thoroughly before signing up. Save your time and money—don’t waste either on this app.
