Bot shoppers???
Repeatedly get “shoppers” that do not ever actually shop a single item. I’ve waited over an hour numerous times and the order status never changes out of “shopper will begin shopping soon”. Customer service has never been able to contact to them…they’ve told me their calls to the shopper don’t even ring but go straight to some kind of automated response. These shoppers also have no photo, which I believe is required.
Unfortunately not supported at the store level.
After downloading this app, I tried to get the prices that were quoted in the app, in the store and was told they don’t do that, per customer support. If you’re going to offer a sale price through your app, then you should actually be able get that sale price.
