Laughing Planet Cafe 4+

The app is a nice timesaver once you set it up. Just takes a few taps and it’s ready for pick up. Laughing Planet is always a delicious and healthy meal option. I particularly enjoy the S.W. Green Chili burrito with sour cream.

Had wrong food order delivered, was told I’d get a full refund a few days later. Three weeks later, still nothing. I ordered from their own website, not via a third party app. The restaurant has not only not apologized in any way, or offer to compensate in any way or even return my calls or writing. The manager promises to help, then does nothing. In effect, the restaurant just stole from me and refuses to resolve it or do anything about it. Beware, if you order online from this restaurant, if there is a mistake, you’ll lose your money and your food and the restaurant will not take any responsibility.

Like the food but the app doesn’t work for ordering. I have used the app in the past to place an order. But the last several months, I get an error msg & can’t place my order. It’s annoying. I then have to call the store & place it. Sometimes they are too busy to take it right away. They should fix the app. (I’ve tried both turning my phone off & on. As well as deleting the app & reloading it. Still can’t use it. Please fix it.
