Awful
You have to enter your four digit pin and be sent an OTP that does not even send to your email and then you log out of your account and have no other way to pay your bill. You should have a set password and be able to login your account at any time.
A bit awkward
Seems OK for basic access. A bit annoying that it will not retain your login details between each session- instead always asking for PIN and then validation via EMail.
Would like to see it improve on this signing aspect.
Doesnt show balance
I have tried multiple times to use the app to pay my bill but every time I try to load the bill pay it has an infinite loading symbol. Would love to actually be able to use it.
