How do you pay?
Trying to pay my bill call the number and get a message “To pay faster download the app”, then I get disconnected. I download the app and I can’t login. It doesn’t like my pin and there is no option to retrieve. How would you like me to pay for my wonderful (not) service?
A bit awkward
Seems OK for basic access. A bit annoying that it will not retain your login details between each session- instead always asking for PIN and then validation via EMail.
Would like to see it improve on this signing aspect.
Awful
You have to enter your four digit pin and be sent an OTP that does not even send to your email and then you log out of your account and have no other way to pay your bill. You should have a set password and be able to login your account at any time.
