Why is it that everyone I try to make a transfer with in accounts the transfer function seems to be unavailable. Too many time do I try to transfer money to my
Daughter’s account and I’m told to call customer service. This is not good at all. Please update and try to fix this problem. It seems all the time I try to transfer money to her account this happens.

Seriously, I’d rather stick a butter knife in my eye than ever have to look at this app again! It is massively confusing with no main screen offering your balance, a history of transactions, and a list of scheduled payments. You’ve got to access at least 4 tabs with each of those tabs consisting of 2 -3 sub tabs!! Some of that info will overlap so you think you’re looking at a complete list of everything scheduled. But, no. Instead you’re looking only at a list of everything that has been scheduled AND has been previously scheduled before in prior months. And, that’s not the be confused with payments that you schedule automatically paid for the same amount each month! So have your paper and pencil ready to have the ultimate boomer experience of scribbling down figures and then pulling out a calculator to do the math!!!

Overall app is good; allows you to handle & view most transactions. My biggest complaint is with Visa credit card information. It was actually a bit difficult to find. You should be able to click the tile and get all of the related information. Instead, you have to make several clicks and go through Menu, Card Info, Select the Card, and then be taken to the credit card page to view statements or transactions. It’s a bit convoluted. It’s also a little annoying that payments made to my Visa from either my LAPFCU savings or checking account don’t post immediately as happens with two of my other bank/credit card accounts.
