The HiRoader Recap

At the end of each month you’ll get a summary that shows your end-of-month driving scores, your monthly reward and the improvements you’ve made to your driving. It’s one of the many ways HiRoad celebrates you being your most mindful self.

The HiRoad app also lets you view your policy, pay your bill, file your claims and more, all from your device.

How does the app know I’m driving?

To earn rewards, you’ll need to record and classify your trips in the app. If you’re driving to work, you’ll classify your trip as “driving.” If you’re taking the bus or using rideshare, choose “not driving.”

Do I need to use the HiRoad app?

To earn rewards for your driving, yes you need to use the HiRoad app. You’ll want to check the app regularly and review all of your recorded trips.
