Need more

We got this calendar because we are so busy and really needed a solution to help us stay up to date on our schedules. There is so much potential with this app and calendar, but it needs some major updates. I agree with others that there needs to be a location option. I’m also not sure why hearth still hasn’t provided an update allowing email addresses to be added or changed for users after initial profile creation. I don’t want to delete a profile and all associated events and then re-enter them, but the app is useless if my kids don’t have the app on their phones too. This product was costly and I’m paying a monthly subscription fee, but I’m not sure why at this point 🤷🏻‍♀️

Bare minimum

Frustrated that you have to pay $10 for the routines and basic functions. Its still in such the beginning stages that they should be paying people to use their product while they develop it…instead they are charging people an outrageous amount for what should be included. There are way better options out there that have a lot more features and less glitches for a fraction of the cost.

I took a chance with the Hearth because I like how it looked but the development has been unbearably slow. Also, please make the routines more engaging and fun so my kids actually want to do it. Being able to have a point system or something would greatly help. That way I can reward them at the end of the week if they stay consistent.

I hope things get better but until then mine is collecting dust in the garage.

This has so much potential! But the way calendars are managed is so cumbersome! You basically have to set up a unique calendar for each of your children, and if they are both attending the same activity, you have to input the same appointment multiple times for each kid! Customer support is no help, they offered to return it instead of helping me figure out how to make it work. I want to continue to manage my calendars from my apple calendar and let the heart essentially be a viewer for my kids, and also keep them building routines and habits. But the calendar configuration is clunky, slow and confusing.
