Description
Scooter Connection: The scooter connects with the mobile app through Bluetooth pairing, The Bluetooth connection status is displayed on the home screen.
Password Setup: When user forgets the password, it can be recovered by email/cellphone number. There will be a verification code following the password reset method.
Controls: The app can control the gear level, light switch, scooter self-check, atmosphere light switch, start mode selection, cruise function, and other smart functions.
Error Report: When scooter fails, the app can display the failure fault, as well as the recommended procedure for the fault.
Display: Display the remaining battery power, cruising range, current speed, current total mileage, scooter lock and unlock etc.
Driver moving data
Display the ranking of all drivers’ mileages, specified by the time (Day/Week/Year)

Scooter
I bought this scooter over 3 months ago and used it a couple of times. Recently I tried to ride it but it won’t unlock. I’ve tried everything from resetting the scooter, canceling account and redownloading the app and nothing works. Can you tell what’s going on?
App crashes and login pages loops w zero error handling
Scooter was registered on my daughters phone and she locked the scooter. When trying to unlock scooter her phone died and now we can no longer log into the Gogo connect app to unlock.
Repro steps:
1. Register scooter via app to latest IOS.
2. Log into gogoconnect, lock scooter
3. Attempted to log into app to unlock scooter, 4. login page loops or refreshes, removes the UM and PW and does not provide an error message.
Deleted app and reinstalled
5. Attempted to register shooter again e a different IOS device and had the exact same experience when attempting to log into the Gogo connect app.
6. Password reset option is not responsive on the app so buggy and no app updates for the last 6 months.
Actual result:
Scooter is now unusable and cannot be unlocked via any device.
App works perfectly fine
The only problem is to connect you have to go to next page then back but other than that it works great
