Simply choose your target marathon and follow the program. Our coaches have combined weekly workouts and 4 types of run session designed to have you running at your best on race day. Interact with fellow runners in your race-specific DM Group, building stamina, strength, and connections.
While participants train independently, some have found opportunities to meet and train together after connecting through the group chat.
