When an order comes in, there is absolutely no notification sound. At least with the old app it had a long annoying sound, but at least people could hear it.

There’s a 3 second delay when we get notifications of a new order at least for iOS. So what I mean is the order will come out and I will not be notified until 3 seconds later and by the time I get notified the order is gone. With all the money this company is racking in. I don’t understand why they can’t fix the issue with the notification and the bot grabbers. That’s what shows this company is just in it for themselves and they don’t care about their drivers. I have videos on how I get notified of an order and by the time I go to it is gone, and I have videos of me having the app open the order coming out and not being notified until three seconds later. I’m going to start posting this on my social media where I have over 12 million followers and subscribers. Maybe once this word goes everywhere maybe the app creator can actually do something and fix this issue with this garbage application

I’m reading the reviews from others and I don’t understand the hate. The new app is fine. It’s new and people scared of change. We knew new app was coming and DT explained it’s the first version that will open the door to other big enhancements. The offer tab is slow though.

People out here complaining about no offers or tips like the new app is to blame or it’s against you. If you’ve worked with DT long enough you know tips changed everywhere last year. Way before the new app. Anyone who takes jobs for the other platforms knows while one gets busy, the other goes slow.
