I signed on a few months ago and got a lot of orders. Then all of a sudden literally nothing. The push notifications come too late to accept the offer, and support is kinda hazy. No number is given to call when you onboard so you’re at the mercy of texting in the app or sending an email. Good luck getting a reply via the app unless you are on an order. They’ll same day shadow cancel on you saying the order changed and give you zero compensation for the time you reserved to work for them. Too many desperados snatching the orders and too many bots are allowed. I’ve also seen some real pig pens picking up their orders and delivering. Not a good image. DoorDash will eventually underbid them to the point they’ll have to retreat from markets. I’ve had my app open every day for weeks and have gotten zip. Waste of my time and energy. They could really use an upgrade to their system and they could also do a much better job communicating with their delivery drivers about slow times and make it easier to contact them. The other catering apps are much better and are much more respectful of their drivers time. Get it together Zifty. It does no good to expand into other markets when you haven’t fixed long standing issues with your app. You have a problem. Sink or swim.

I have worked off their platform for several months. Whilst they have some banger profitable offers, they have almost zero flexibility with drivers. I have two other catering platforms to utilize, so in comparison Zifty is great with pay once you are have some time in, but the rating system is extremely bad for maintaining drivers. Punishing drivers for being slightly too early or late, or just being once in a while; is ridiculous.
I had two bad ratings for no good reason, and then made 1 mistake one day, running late from a previous other ez cater order, and they removed the order and not until 3 days later did my rating fall below the 4.25.

These other reviews make no sense, download it for yourself and try it out. Takes 10 minutes to get all the information you put in approved, started seeing orders immediately and i am THOROUGHLY satisfied with the numbers and miles required. There is also a chat option to text with a support PERSON at any point in time (that alone is better than any other delivery service) and they reply within 60 seconds as far as i can tell. If you’re about the grind for real, clear the first level or rank by completing 10 deliveries to unlock the earnings cap per order (the earnings cap base is still pretty good at 30$ but gets 4x better once you level up by completing 10 deliveries)
