Description
Broadway in Cinncinnati is pleased to introduce a new app just for Season Subscribers and eCLUB members. Your phone is now your ticket to enter the Aronoff Center for the best of Broadway. Season Subscribers and eCLUB members can easily access all of their Broadway tickets from the app, buy tickets for upcoming shows, and even transfer tickets to others attending the show with them. Plus, season subscribers can access their invoice at renewal time and exchange tickets if a conflict comes up.

When it works it’s great! Unfortunately I am continuing to delete and reinstall. Currently using iPhone11Pro iOS 15.1.
Easy to use
Very straightforward, can put tickets on Apple wallet, and I can get all of the information I need
Can’t get logged in
Can’t get logged in and calling Broadway support is an hour wait. This is atrocious. I need to get my tickets.
