BIB Mobile is designed to maximize your Broadway In Boston experience. This app contains your tickets and subscriber benefits (if applicable), as well as information about our venues, parking, local restaurants, accessibility services, and more. In addition to housing your digital tickets to all Broadway In Boston performances, subscribers can also exchange dates or transfer their tickets to family or friends directly within the app.

Tickets not turning up in the app
I received tickets from a third party and it shows when I log in on Safari, but is not linked to the app. My upcoming events says (0) and that the data is not in the right format….
App no longer works
Had been fine but since march it won’t update and says “data not in the right format”.
Stopped working spring 2024
App used to work great then stopped. Keep getting an error that says data not in correct format. I have nothing to do with how the data is formatted!!! Stupid Ticketmaster!
