Description
Broadway Dallas at Music Hall at Fair Park and Winspear Opera House is proud to announce a new app! With the aid of the app, fans may now connect their Ticketmaster account for mobile entry. In addition to housing your digital tickets, this app allows you to access show updates, purchase tickets for upcoming shows, and prepare for your performances with parking information, directions, and FAQs. Season subscribers can also exchange dates, upgrade seats, or transfer their tickets to family or friends directly within the app.

Ratings and Reviews
Don’t rely on the app to access your tickets
Each time I try accessing my tickets, the app asks me to re-login into my account or just pop an “error try again” message. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app but continue having the same problem.
Downloading to wallet doesn’t work
I can log on to Ticketmasters and Logon to Broadway Dallas with the same credentials but when I try to go to my tickets, it fails saying check internet connection and try again later. It seems like I have trouble almost every time I try to get my tickets to my wallet. VERY frustrating!
Can’t Access Tickets via Ticketmaster
The link between Broadway Dallas and Ticketmaster isn’t working so the tickets I paid $400 for can’t be accessed. Ticketmaster says it’s not their issue. So frustrating to see this is apparently an ongoing issue that has yet to be fixed.
