Get rid of the parcel id numbers.
Since the update you have added parcel I’d numbers. These are a nuisance and for me suffering from dyslexia can cause a lot of confusion. In the plan load screen you have the item number then an id number, this is fine until you have parcels that are overs because you end up with an item number of say 12 and if you have overs the id number could be 16. The item number is in big letters the id number in small therefore you end up writing 12 on the parcel when it should be 16. This causes all sorts of confusion when loading up. Just keep things simple have the item number and be done with it it doesn’t matter if the item goes 1,2,3,78,4,5,82,6,7 and so on. The id number confuses things.
Needs sorting
The app generally runs ok does crash a few times which can be annoying especially when you have just nicked on the customers door and you end up restarting the app . Issue with plan delivery planning Iv had a few issues with the optimised route . When u set everything out ur times and locations then click review for some reason it jumps out of time sync when u press commit . Very frustrating when ur manager rings u up giving u what for when it’s the app that’s screwing you over . I have video evidence if needed
Crashing after update
The App worked well until I updated following a message to update to a new version that apparently had bug fixes. Since updating two days ago the app constantly signs you out. This is very frustrating when out on delivery as you keep having to sign in again and wastes time. I hope this can be fixed. Not sure if it’s only me facing this problem since updating. It would be interesting to know from others couriers and also from developers.
