Very poor
I’ve had a western card for years. Used it a lot and loved it as we are abroad a lot
They suddenly stopped it july 17th saying I need to upgrade. But won’t accept my I.d
Pending transfers all lost.
Customer services never answer or sort anything
Complete let down

Hello! From July 17, it is no longer possible to top up Classic series cards due to the liquidation of the SEPA (PFS) provider by the Central Bank of Ireland, which serviced these cards. (We have warned about this 8 times over the past six months in letters from our clients).
Please do not worry about your funds; in case of replenishment of Classic cards, the money is returned automatically within a couple of minutes to your card from which the replenishment was made.
If for some technical reason they did not return within a couple of minutes, please write to the support email of your bank from which you made the payment with a request to cancel the operation.
You can spend money from Classic cards until the end of 2024; we also recommend switching to Pro series cards, there are no such restrictions.
