There's nothing you can do with this app if you're outside of Germany. Don't be fooled by the description.
Customer service is horrible avoid ! They charge you for services you don’t sign up for
So I signed up to the free tier a year ago . And forgot about it as I’m carful on who I do banking with but I wanted to try it . The reason i don’t use it for my main bank is a herd many issues with money going missing and port customer service so I went elsewhere
However a year later I get a bill for 140 euros for a premium account when I never signed up to one .
I said surely this was a mistake via there customer services , and they refused to refund me ..
I even had to wait 48 hours to close the account because I will never ever do business with a company that doesn’t honour good customer service , and ofcourse charge me for something I never signed up for it didn’t want
For get how bad the app is the customer service is no existence and slack
Do not use !!!! Ever !! I have had over 8 bank accounts across my business and personal life and never have I had an issue like this
Not for for purpose do not touch !!!
Completely useless for anyone who does business outside the EU
Impossible to receive payment from
the US and was told I can only receive money from countries like the UK if it’s sent by SEPA I’m EURO which is totally annoying and embracing to have to explain to clients.
