Great app

As a professional cctv installer and using different brand for 8 years, this new app very good compare to other brands like hikvision.
1) you can update firmware remotely
2) you can change ai detection from the app

3) you can view multiple site all together without going back to device list
4) fast & responsive
And many more

Doesn’t display rectangle/square around human detection

This app and its cameras do not show live tracking of humans or cars which is very poor by todays standards. This feature is standard on all Hikvision cameras and UI; developers need to resolve this issue. Also the playback option only seems to show “motion detected in ultra motion” and and even though the timeline says it shows the VCA on the playback bar, it doesn’t differentiate the different VCA moments captured on the messages or playback. App needs some serious work!
