Description
HikCentral Mobile software is installed on the iOS 12.0 or higher version mobile platform. It gets access to the HikCentral Professional, via Wi-Fi, 4G and 5G network, and fulfills the functions of the devices connected to the HikCentral Professional, such as Remote Site, Live view, Remote playback, Receive Alarm Notice and so on.

Good app with a lot of good features
Buggy update
The latest update breaks map view of all cameras. Once user presses on map icon, app crashes.
Please fix the login issue: there is impossible to be logged in on a few devices in parallel ???
List of great improvements:
1. Create a button for fast opening favorite door. Now to open the door for my guests, I need to launch app, choose appropriate door, wait while camera loads the view and only then open it.
2. Set order of cameras in favorite list.
Update shut me out
I’ve just updated the HikCentral Pro app and when I open it, it only shows the HikVision logo. There is no way of logging in
