Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver 4+

First of all, I’m not posting a negative feedback, on the contrary. Uber, as a Company offers a flexibility which you can’t find with another field. From my experience, I would highlight the following: On many circumstances, the trip offered is too far and the traffic conditions do not conquer with a fair price. Cancellation is the only option, yet your rating is affected. The waiting time is 12 minutes! Firstly, in London, you don’t have that luxury to stay parked for 12 minutes. If you cancel due to obvious reasons, you don’t get paid and the ratings is affected, again. Another glitch is going online! Despite the fact that all details are updated, in many instances, the App is asking to confirm a vehicle, which you do, and still you are not allowed to go online. Endless reports have been done, but the problem it’s still there. And lastly, when a rider performs a false negative feedback, you as a driver always lose. Why? You can even be locked out and unable to work until Uber reaches a decision. There should be a improved system to allow facts to be proven based on the truth ,not just a simple verbal statement. Driver partners are those who deal with the riders face to face, we should have more options when false allegations are being submitted.

I have some information it’s good idea if you showing address customer when accept order more than any order need verify id because some people use different address after kill your time and if you have more than one order it’s better showing both orders in the map driver choose which one first and before one minute you near customer automatically send I am on my way when you in correct location send I am arrive!?!?
One night I delivered one order She changed address more than 5 minutes drive and I wait for customer more than 7 minutes I delivered nice She asked me your single I said I have three children I am lie because I don’t like customer after She gave me unlike. Morning time I have two orders in second restaurant I wait more than 10 minutes any one don’t answer after one different driver come she answer I said why I long time wait you don’t answer she said you want your order or no why I come if I don’t want my order after she gave me unlike but customer give me like because I delivered with care after I am back I said why you gave me unlike she said you use word bad I said check your camera if I said any word bad I delete my account after she want delete my unlike because she is bad people and I will gave her restaurant by my and some different account zero star .

In my experience of driving for Uber, particularly before lockdown, one of the main problems was concerning jobs offered by Uber. Often they would offer you a job which was completely ridiculous from both the driver’s point of view and also the rider’s. In simple terms uber would offer you a job which was just too far away especially during peak times . In other words :traffic gridlock. Why do uber offer you a job which would take you much longer to get to than showing on the app? Drivers aren’t stupid, they know the local driving conditions far better than uber obviously ( if uber knew the reality of the situation, uber would be idiotic to offer a job which from the drivers point of view isn’t worth it. )the driver loses out either way: in such a situation the rider would cancel anyway because they would soon realise you are too far away and if the driver cancels it effects his rating. So the driver can’t win. It would be helpful if in future the uber app actually had more common sense and didn’t offer a job to a driver miles away just because they cannot get a nearer driver to cover the job. Frankly it is sometimes just completely brain dead.
