Download & register the app, choose a preferred payment method, drive in and drive out of any Trust parking locations and let us do the rest.
– Automatic Payment –
Most car parks on Trust allow autopayment and you will be sent a notification when you enter the car park informing you the feature is available. An email receipt is sent after payment.
Automatic payment on exit is optional! You can also utilise the ‘pay now’ feature to pay for your parking then and there or up until midnight on the day of your parking sessions (not all car parks – check-in app for availability).
– Season Passes –
Some Trust car parks provide the ability to save money by buying a season pass for a period of time. This allows parking at any time the car park is open but does not guarantee a space (check-in app for availability)

I’ve come back and edited my review. Why? Well intitially I was annoyed and felt I was being ripped off. The parking session hadn’t ended when I left and the onsite machine was out of order.
That ended in me paying for four hours instead of the 40 minutes I actually parked for.
However, I have to now say that my query/complaint was dealt with very swiftly and they’ve refunded the overcharge. And I guess they couldn’t have been fairer than that.
I still think the app is a bit clunky and the out of order parking machine was annoying… but they’re clearly an honest company so not five stars but a solid four.

If anyone else has a similar issue, I strongly suggest you contact them before just posting a negative review.
Poorly designed app and extremely slow support
Very difficult to set up profile on app. Car not automatically logged in some car parks but in others it logs you twice for the same session. Had this issue recently where I parked at the hospital with my heavily pregnant wife. Paid for my session when leaving and was emailed receipt. Looked at app later and see the session has come back on my app incorrectly and now they want double the price. Contacted support to remove the session as I had already paid. The app even shows I have paid for the same session in the payment history. No reply from support and charge keeps going up, so ended up having to pay for it again and will hope I will be refunded and given compensation/apology. Just the stress you need when you’re going to the hospital when your wife is overdue. Extremely poorly designed app and obviously hasn’t been tested properly before release. Shocking support too with no response to issues that needs rapid replies. Would give this app and company zero stars if I could. Would say not to download but then you pretty much have to when using Trust car parks. Not surprised to see countless 1 star reviews too. Will be writing to the hospital to make sure they don’t renew your contract.
Not an app to trust!
Has this app been approved by NHS organisations as it seems to have no provisions or help for disabled parking and leaves a charge showing when blue badge procedures have been correctly followed? The charge there should never have been is apparently removed, but not until the following day! Also, when at hospital as a paying parker, it leaves a live session running and clocking up a fee many hours after having paid at a payment machine and having left the car park. Right now it’s still clocking up hours and a bill more than 40 hours after I chose to pay at a machine (because of previous app unreliability) and leave after a one-hour park! Certainly glad I did not opt for the automatic payment method! If the app can detect car park entry live why is it unable deal with blue badge check or machine payment or the time of exit from a car park also in real time? For an app like this to work there needs to be joined-up live interaction between all the technologies involved and, of course, if there is no manual check on who is in the car park, those technologies need to properly work. A woefully inadequate system and certainly not an app to trust.
