Description
Have instant access to your company provided benefit plans and information with The Benefit Solution (TBS) mobile app.
Log into the App using the TBS username and password you have already been provided with. As a first time user, a client PIN is also required which will be provided to you in the announcement email and is also shown on the benefits portal (TBS) website. The App allows you to change your language preference if another language is available to you on the website.
Features
• View personal information on yourself and your dependents, if any
• View your current benefit coverage in company provided benefit plans
• Initiate enrollment transactions that will be completed on the benefits portal website
• View spending and reimbursement account balances
• Submit spending and reimbursement account claims using your device’s camera to take and upload receipts
• View your total reward statement
• Set your language preference

I can never login in this app
No matter how many times I have activated Face ID in the app, how many times I reset the password or save the password, I’m never able to log in. I always have to come to work and reset it through my work computer and then when I try to access it at home, it never works again. Given that I have access to my benefits choice at work, this app doesn’t solve the only problem it was supposed to solve- for employees to be able to access their benefits at home, from mobile app, when they actually have time to review the offered benefits and budget for them. In short - useless.
So much easier to login
Never logged on to view my reward and benefits. Felt like I knew what I had and kept forgetting my password as was only communicated to once a year by my employer. Now I get push notification through at a time that makes sense to me (probably use my data to tailor the messages) and now logged on 8 times in three days as viewed my pension valuation, used the discount site for first time and registered with the new childcare/eldercare provider I didn’t know existed!
Unable to login - make sure you remember your PIN number
Unable to login as requests a PIN number without stating how many numbers and no way to reset the pin only the password. As it fails to login it tells you to reset the password (when I know my password is correct) and in order to reset your password it asks for your pin 🤦🏻♀️
Was able to get onto the site through work as no need to login separately but there’s also no option to change the pin only the password. So the app is now useless for me.
