Description
The Well one app measures holistic health and financial wellbeing and engages users to actively manage their health and financial wellbeing in an easy and fun way.
The Well One health score measures seven different aspects of the user’s health to scientifically calculate a score that quantifies their holistic health. The health score can range from 0 to 1000 and when tracked over time offers a good indication of how a user’s health is evolving. The financial wellbeing score gives an indication of the levels of financial stress or success.
The Well One digital health platform allows users to track their progress across all areas, add goals, synch their wearable devices, and get personalised rule-based coaching. The app encourages engagement with motivation techniques from behavioural science and gamification, and collaborative features from social networks.
The user may be able to earn points and recognition for using the app and for participating in activities depending on the set up.

Ratings and Reviews
Frustrating
Really frustrating as this app doesn’t always pick up the information from my Fitbit. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. I have another app that picks everything up with no problem. I’ve raised it with the administrator and they are investigating but no feedback at all. What is the point?
Zero Confidence in it’s accuracy
I’ve been given access to this through my work. I’m a non-smoking, non-drinking, non-coffee drinking diabetic who therefore does not drink sugary drinks or fruit juice. Yet the app’s ‘scientific method’ rates my self control as the lowest it can, and tells me I’m far below other users.
With ratings like this how I’m can I trust any other calculated metric.
In addition compared to similar apps. I’m unimpressed with the privacy policy and am left with the impression this is more a data mining tool rather than a health app.
