The app is okay, the system is broken

The actual app works reasonable until it renews credentials and needs website login, but the actual system is very cumbersome and often not worth the hassle.
It takes a week to reload a card and funds only work in shop not for online. Many cards won't allow statement check so you don't know how much is left on the card.
I just loaded £100 on Tesco card and can't use it for online purchases and it takes 5 working days for funds to appear, but I don't know when as it needs a call to check the balance. All for 3% cashback. Is it worth the hassle?

You can’t pay?!

So there are those really cool offers etc on there. And I selected one, added it to the basket and proceeded to pay by putting in my address, and not one, not two, not three, but several cards from different providers between my husband and myself. And it keeps coming up with “ sorry this didn’t work at this time” or something similar. It also doesn’t save the cards you put in. Only the address!
We are very annoyed at this was a nice deal and we’re looking forward to a treat together.
It’s like someone is waving a treat in front of your nose and saying, here look at it, smell it, but you can’t have it!!
Ps: we tried the online version, and couldn’t get anything to work there either!

Suggestions

The app appears to do its job but I note the following: 1. it hung repeatedly when trying to register a card and make a payment (might not be the app of course) 2. It’s easier to quit than go back if you enter the PIN incorrectly, so that could be better 3. A “Back” button would be very helpful. Those things said, I have purchased and M&S digital voucher so I’ll see how I get on with the that.
