Boostworks 4+

Intrinsically this is a good app but there are practical limitations when using the same account for a household, eg account holder and spouse. Only one email is possible to configure to receive instant vouchers which is impractical when 2 using the app. Also, the instant vouchers take too long to arrive in the app, often needing to close app and restart to become visible. A bit painful to use

Hi 👋 Thanks for sharing your review! We totally hear your frustration and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our service is primarily designed for solo account holders, so while you can share your account by accessing it via the app on two devices, there's currently only the option to link one email address to your account at a time. You can change the email address in the 'My Account Settings' area before placing an order so it gets sent to a different individual/mailbox, but we appreciate that's not always practical. We've captured your feedback and will consider this as part of our next phase of updates. Thanks again!

Good app but please squash the bug that means every time I add my debit card it doesn’t save!!!

You should be able to save your payment card after placing an order through the app. Once your order has gone through, there'll be a 'Save this card for future orders' button. If it's not working, please reach out to us at help@boostworks.co.uk so we can support you further.

Have been using for a while and very easy to purchase and keep track of vouchers purchased.

Recently the Wallet moved from front screen to under the account menu which is why I gave 4 stars this time. Would be better if on front screen again but that’s my only criticism.
