RAVPower FileHub for IOS is a useful app that helps you to manage and transfer files between your iOS device and RAVPower FileHub. Up to 5 devices can connect to RAVPower FileHub at the same time, making it an ideal for sharing media and work files between your friends.

RAVPower FileHub lets you easily manage and transfer files between your devices and the USB storage attached to RAVPower FileHub. You can upload files to the USB storage and make it available for other devices to download.
- Browser photos and videos
You can browse and preview photos and videos on USB storage attached to RAVPower FileHub or files that have already been downloaded to your device. You can even email photos and documents to your friends.
- Change network settings
You can change network settings of your FileHub wireless network, and even connect your FileHub to existing wireless internet.

Ratings and Reviews
Good, but doesn’t support RAW files
This app overall is great, works well, looks good and does the job well. However, I shoot my photos in RAW (Nikon NEF) and this app doesn’t support that filetype. If you search for FileHub on AppStore, there is another app that does support RAW (albeit, the app doesn’t look that good). So it is possible to support it..I hope the developers will add in support soon, as for the time being I am having to use the other app.
A useful app although can be slow to transfer files.
I recently purchased an 11” iPad Pro with 256GB instead of a 1TB after finding that the RAVPower FileHub had great reviews. With my Insta 360 One X using 900MB per minute of memory at 5.7K 30fps I really needed extra storage and an external hard drive was the best, and cheapest, solution.
I now have 2.2TB of available storage wherever I go and the RAVPower FileHub is a stunning bit of kit to help me transfer files and and when I need to.
The app itself is very easy to use and has a very clean and simple layout. Yes, it can be slow at transferring files but it’s the price you pay I’m willing to pay when want to transfer files off my iPhone X or iPad Pro when I’m in the Highlands of Scotland, a car show in England or a desert in the middle of Nevada.
It does everything that you’d ever need it to and the ability to transfer pictures and videos directly from a memory card to the external hard drive, and back again if need be, is a very useful feature of this app. It’s just so easy to create folders on my external HDD with this app which negates the always hated Auto Backup folder which invariably ends up never being sorted out.
I have only given it 4 stars due to the low transfer speeds.
This can be overcome though by transferring or backing up photos/videos on a more regular basis.
USB 2 speed on an otherwise excellent device
The whole set of features are really good App is mediocre and there are lots to be improved especially the constant crashes and is slow.
Everything can be overlooked except the face that the USB port connecting to the hard drive is USB2 speeds ... takes ages to backup about 4 GB from my Sandisk extreme SDHC 128GB card to a USB3.1 SSD. So how long if I back up the whole card?
