The app is user-friendly, reliable and secure, allowing you to carry out consistent and professional installations for your customers.

Once you have installed a domestic Solo 3S, or commercial Twin v7 you can use the app to:

- Configure the charger’s settings
- Get live readings
- Connect the charger to the customer’s Wi-Fi
- Diagnose faults
- Register & commission the charger to ensure the customers warranty is activated

Plus, by configuring and registering the charger with Pod Point through the app, our customer service team will handle all customer issues remotely on your behalf.
