Nuffield Health 4+

I live in London so there’s lots of over Nuffield health gyms that could be an option of me, depending on my plans for the day, but I have no way of bookmarking the locations of other gyms, only my home gym, and I’m left scrolling through over 100 gym names trying to remember what Nuffield health named the one close to where I’m going…
Also, I know there’s like 6 gyms not included in my membership tier, but the app has no way to differentiate gyms and their membership tiers, and I can’t remember the names of which London gyms I can go to and which I can’t. The app will let me book classes at all of them so am I going to have a surprise charge if I forget that City isn’t included? There’s no way to tell on the app.

While the app looks good and much better at booking promptly at 7.00am without having to keep logging in each morning, however now when you book a class you can not see the availability of other classes as you did before, this used to give the option of cancelling your class and rejoining another one - there’s no way of knowing now - unfortunately this is a step backwards- please bring this back!!

Thanks for your response but sorry I didn’t explain myself properly. Before the update after booking a class you could still see if there were places available on the class that was overlapping, giving you the option to cancel the class you booked and transfer, now though you take a chance on cancelling that class only to find the one that was overlapping had a long waitlist! I’m new to Nuffield Health, recently signed up because I heard it’s great and friendly and have amazing classes. After signing up in person I got an activation email, EVERY-TIME I tried that link in the email, it comes back with the same error, my account doesn’t exist and no one know what to do!! Almost a month in and I can’t even log into the app to book any classes, I am told “don’t worry you can ring reception and book”, it’s 2023! I shouldn’t have to ring reception for a timetable and class availability. I asked reception for help, they gave me a number to call, and then nothing. It’s a black hole, IT can’t figure it out said they will call me back within 10 working days!! This is absolutely stupid for how much I pay monthly and if I cancel now I get charged cancellation fee. How stupidly outrageous is this! Can someone please fix this so I can actually use the app?
